|2 oz / 57g||Olive oil|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Brown sugar|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Sea salt|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Milled black pepper|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Smoked paprika|
Directions1) Cut each potato in 3 thick slices and place in a large bowl. 2) Add all the oil, brown sugar, sea salt, pepper, and smoked paprika than toss with your hands to ensure you get every piece covered. 3) On a 9x13 glass baking dish spread the potatoes and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. 4) Flip your potatoes one or twice during cooking time to make sure your potatoes are golden brown on both sides.
