Ingredient Amount
1 bag Small bag of mini potato's
3 tbsp / 45 ml Virgin olive oil
1 tsp / 5 ml Salt
1 tsp / 5 ml Pepper
to taste Garlic seasoning of your choice

Directions

Clean and scrub mini potato's. Cut in half and put them in a large freezer bag, add all ingredients mix together and let sit for about an hour and a half, turning bag over at least twice. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty potatoes onto a tin foiled baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, shake pan to mix them around half way though cooking time. After broil for 2 to 5 minutes with oven door open.
