|1 bag||Small bag of mini potato's|
|3 tbsp / 45 ml||Virgin olive oil|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Salt|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Pepper|
|to taste||Garlic seasoning of your choice|
DirectionsClean and scrub mini potato's. Cut in half and put them in a large freezer bag, add all ingredients mix together and let sit for about an hour and a half, turning bag over at least twice. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty potatoes onto a tin foiled baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, shake pan to mix them around half way though cooking time. After broil for 2 to 5 minutes with oven door open.
