1 bag | Small bag of mini potato's |
3 tbsp / 45 ml | Virgin olive oil |
1 tsp / 5 ml | Salt |
1 tsp / 5 ml | Pepper |
to taste | Garlic seasoning of your choice |
Directions
Clean and scrub mini potato's. Cut in half and put them in a large freezer bag, add all ingredients mix together and let sit for about an hour and a half, turning bag over at least twice. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty potatoes onto a tin foiled baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, shake pan to mix them around half way though cooking time.
