DirectionsPeel and boil potatoes until done. Strain off water. Using the same pot, add sour cream, and herb & garlic cream cheese. Whip together using a hand beater or masher, whatever you have handy, until creamy. Serve hot, garnish with chive flakes or parsley leaf. Best served as a side dish with almost any of your favourite protein. Try it! You will not be disappointed.
