Main/Side Dishes


Ingredient Amount
2-3 Big Potatoes
1 tsp / 5 ml Garlic
1 Green onion
1 large Egg
to taste Salt
3 tbsp / 45 ml Flour
1/2 cup / 125 ml Oil
to taste Pepper


Cook potatoes until tender, drain well and rice your potatoes. Mix in salt and pepper to taste, mix in garlic, green onions and egg . Form into little balls and roll in flour. Place in a hot skillet until potatoes balls turn a nice brown . Place on paper towel and they are ready to serve. You can also add a small guantity of cheese for a change as well.
