Ingredients

3 Cups / 750 g 1 package hash browns -thawed
1 Cup / 250 ml Sour cream
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup / 125 ml Chopped onion
1 tsp / 5 ml Salt
1 tsp / 5 ml Pepper
2 cups / 500 ml Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 cup / 60 ml Margarine (melted)
2 cups / 500 ml Corn flakes

Directions

Mix ingredients in a bowl and then place in a casserole dish. add the topping of margarine and crushed cornflakes-bake 350 degree oven for 40 minutes
