| 3 Cups / 750 g | 1 package hash browns -thawed |
| 1 Cup / 250 ml | Sour cream |
| 1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 1/2 cup / 125 ml | Chopped onion |
| 1 tsp / 5 ml | Salt |
| 1 tsp / 5 ml | Pepper |
| 2 cups / 500 ml | Cheddar cheese (grated) |
| 1/4 cup / 60 ml | Margarine (melted) |
| 2 cups / 500 ml | Corn flakes |
