Farmers Cassersole

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
3 cups / 750 ml Potatoes(cubed)
3/4 cup / 180 ml Monterey Jack Pepper Cheese(shredded)
1/4 cup / 50 ml Onion(finely chopped)
1 cup / 250 ml Ham(cubed)
2 Eggs(well beaten)
1 can / 12oz can Evoporated Milk
1/4 tsp / 1 ml Pepper
1/2 tsp / 2 ml Salt

Directions

Cut potatoes into little cubes. Grease 2 quart rectangular baking dish. Arrange potatoes on bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions. Combine milk, eggs and seasoning. Pour over potato mixture and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before seving
