Ingredients

1 | Large Russet Baking Potato |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | Cream Cheese |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | Sour Cream |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | Fresh Chives |
1/2 tsp / 2 ml | Fresh Cilantro |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | Garlic Plus |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | Butter |
1/2 tsp / 2 ml | 2% milk |
Directions
Wash 1 large Russet Baking Potato. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven or BBQ until tender. Once the Potato is cooked open the foil and slice the potato skin in a t shape and gentle peel back the edges. Scoop out the potato into a bowl leaving a thin layer of potato on the bottom. Add all the ingredients to the potato fresh and mix with an electric mixer until potato reaches a fluffy consistency(not runny). Place the mix back into the potato . Crisp it in the oven for a few minutes until the top is lightly brown. You may add a small amount of your favorite grated cheese prior to browning and heat until cheese melts.
