Dreamy Creamy Baked

Ingredient Amount
1 Large Russet Baking Potato
1 tbsp / 15 ml Cream Cheese
1 tbsp / 15 ml Sour Cream
1 tbsp / 15 ml Fresh Chives
1/2 tsp / 2 ml Fresh Cilantro
1/4 tsp / 1 ml Garlic Plus
1/4 tsp / 1 ml Butter
1/2 tsp / 2 ml 2% milk


Wash 1 large Russet Baking Potato. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven or BBQ until tender. Once the Potato is cooked open the foil and slice the potato skin in a t shape and gentle peel back the edges. Scoop out the potato into a bowl leaving a thin layer of potato on the bottom. Add all the ingredients to the potato fresh and mix with an electric mixer until potato reaches a fluffy consistency(not runny). Place the mix back into the potato . Crisp it in the oven for a few minutes until the top is lightly brown. You may add a small amount of your favorite grated cheese prior to browning and heat until cheese melts. Usually a 350 degree oven Salt and Pepper to taste
