Ingredient Amount
1/2 cup / 125 ml Mashed Potato
1 cup / 250 ml Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp / 30 ml Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 cups / 375 ml Coconut
2 cups / 500 ml Rice Krispies
2 cups / 500 ml Icing Sugar
1/2 tsp / 2 ml Salt

Directions

In a medium size bowl cream peanut butter, butter and mashed potato together. Add salt, coconut, Rice Krispies and icing sugar. Mix well together and form into small balls. Chocolate Dip 8oz chocolate chips 1/2 bar paraffin wax Melt chocolate chips and wax over medium heat until melted. Dip candy in chocolate mixture and cool on waxed paper. Store in refrigerator. Measurements for this recipe may vary according to the type and wetness of the potato used.
