|1 Tbsp / 15 mL||Butter|
|1/4 cup / 60 ml||Cheddar Cheese|
|3 large||Red Roasting Potatoes|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Thyme|
|3 strips||Cooked bacon|
DirectionsMicrowave or bake three large potatoes until baked nice and soft. In separate bowl mix together the milk, ranch dressing, butter, thyme, and finely chopped scallion. Cut the baked potatoes horizontal and scoop out the cooked potato; reserving the skin. Combine the milk, ranch dressing, butter, thyme, and scallion into the cooked potato. Put combined mixture back into the potato skin and top with cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
