|2 Cups /||Cooked, Mashed Griffin Potatoes|
|1 Cup or less /||White all purpose flour|
|2 /||Eggs beaten|
|1 Teaspoon /||Teaspoon Garlic Powder|
|1 Teaspoon /||Teaspoon Parsley Flakes|
|1 Cup /||Cubed hard Cheddar Cheese|
|1/2 Cup /||Fresh Milk|
DirectionsCook and mash potatoes with fresh milk. Let potatoes cool slightly. Add eggs, & spices to the cooked Griffin potatoes. Add enough flour to your potato mixture to make your dough not be sticky to the touch. Cut up your cheddar cheese into cubes and fold your dough around your cube of cheese to form a ball. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. This dish can also be used to make chicken/pork balls. Just leave out the Cheddar Cheese. This dish is also great with any serving of fish.
