|1 cup / 250 ml||Finely chopped broccoli|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|2-4 tsp / 10-20 ml||Milk|
|1 Tbsp / 15 mL||Butter|
|to taste||Salt and Pepper|
DirectionsHeat oven to 400F. Bake potatoes for an hour, or until soft. Slice potato in half lengthwise, and scoop out the potato flesh into a bowl, leaving the skins intact. Put skins on baking sheet. Mash the flesh until smooth, and stir in the remaining ingredients. Add in enough milk so that the mixture is smooth and soft, then add salt and pepper to taste. Scoop the filling into the potato skins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400F
