DirectionsCut potatoes in 1 inch cubes, place in ice water. Using a deep skillet, place oil in skillet and heat While oil is heating, drain water off of potatoes and dry them, place them in a bowl, sprinkle flour, salt and lemon pepper over top and stir untill well coated, break egg over top and mix well. Drop by spoonful in hot oil, turn heat to medium and let them cook until golden brown, you can slightly seperate potatoes as they cook Serve with ham, bacon or sausage and your favourite egg recipe......a delicious breakfast anytime. Kids love this! Makes 4 servings!
