|1.5 lbs / 750 g||Red baby potatoes|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Mayonaise|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Big Mac Sauce OR Thousand Islands dressing|
|1/2-3/4 cup / 125-180 ml||Medium sized pickles|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Green onion|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Shredded cheese|
|1/2 lb / 250 g||Cooked bacon|
DirectionsCut baby potatoes in half. Rinse and then boil until soft. Once potatoes are cooked and cooled, put in a bowl and add in mayonnaise, big Mac sauce OR thousand island dressing, diced pickles, finely diced green onions, shredded cheese, and cut up cooked bacon. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then serve.
