Big Mac Potato Salad



Ingredient Amount
1.5 lbs / 750 g White baby potatoes
1.5 lbs / 750 g Red baby potatoes
1 cup / 250 ml Mayonaise
1 cup / 250 ml Big Mac Sauce OR Thousand Islands dressing
1/2-3/4 cup / 125-180 ml Medium sized pickles
1/2 cup / 125 ml Green onion
1 cup / 250 ml Shredded cheese
1/2 lb / 250 g Cooked bacon


Cut baby potatoes in half. Rinse and then boil until soft. Once potatoes are cooked and cooled, put in a bowl and add in mayonnaise, big Mac sauce OR thousand island dressing, diced pickles, finely diced green onions, shredded cheese, and cut up cooked bacon. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then serve.
