Big Mac Potato Salad

1.5 lbs / 750 g | White baby potatoes |
1.5 lbs / 750 g | Red baby potatoes |
1 cup / 250 ml | Mayonaise |
1 cup / 250 ml | Big Mac Sauce OR Thousand Islands dressing |
1/2-3/4 cup / 125-180 ml | Medium sized pickles |
1/2 cup / 125 ml | Green onion |
1 cup / 250 ml | Shredded cheese |
1/2 lb / 250 g | Cooked bacon |
Directions
Cut baby potatoes in half. Rinse and then boil until soft. Once potatoes are cooked and cooled, put in a bowl and add in mayonnaise, big Mac sauce OR thousand island dressing, diced pickles, finely diced green onions, shredded cheese, and cut up cooked bacon.
