Barbecue Potatoe Wedges

6-7 | PEI Potatoes peeled and washed cut into wedges |
3 tbsp / 45 ml | Ketchup |
1/2 tsp / 2 ml | Chili Powder |
1 tsp / 5 ml | Brown sugar |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | Salt |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | Pepper |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Bake potatoes in a 9 by 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
