|1||Spanish Onion (Medium)|
|1 cup / 250||Mini Bella Mushrooms|
|12 oz / 336 g||Strip Loin Steak|
|to taste||Montreal Steak Spice (to taste)|
|2 Tbs / 25 ml||Vegetable Oil|
DirectionsDirections: Prepare baked potatoes ahead of time and cool without foil. Prepare and season the steak to your liking Ready, Set, Go Cut peppers and onion in ¼ inch strips Cut potatoes in half length ways and in half again and cross cut into bit size pieces. Lightly toss potatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms in a bowl with small amount of oil and season with Montreal Steak Spice. Cook Steak to Medium Rare (135F) or to your liking. While steak is resting heat up frying pan to 425F, add oil and stir fry all ingredients to lightly brown and then remove from heat. Cut steak into thin strips and mix in with potato mixture or lay on top. Serves 3-4 people. Enjoy!
