|1 packet||Onion Soup Mix|
|12||Baby Red Potatoes, thinly sliced|
|12 slices||Bacon, cooked and crumbled|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Cheese (optional)|
|3 tbsp / 45 ml||Butter|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Sour Cream, for serving|
|dash||Salt and Pepper|
DirectionsSpray each sheet of foil with cooking spray. Top each piece with equal portions of potatoes, bacon and onion soup mix. Add butter, salt, pepper, onion and cheese to each. Wrap tight, and place on grill for 25 minutes or in preheated oven at 400F for 35 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
