Bacon and Onion Foil Packet Potatoes

Ingredients

Ingredient	Amount
3	Sheets of heavy duty foil
1 packet	Onion Soup Mix
12	Baby Red Potatoes, thinly sliced
12 slices	Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1	Onion, chopped
1 cup / 250 ml	Cheese (optional)
3 tbsp / 45 ml	Butter
1 cup / 250 ml	Sour Cream, for serving
dash	Salt and Pepper

Directions

Spray each sheet of foil with cooking spray. Top each piece with equal portions of potatoes, bacon and onion soup mix. Add butter, salt, pepper, onion and cheese to each. Wrap tight, and place on grill for 25 minutes or in preheated oven at 400F for 35 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
