1/2 | Avacado |
2 Tbsp / 30 ml | Scallions |
1 | Baked potato |
Directions
Bake potato in oven until cooked through Preheat broiler Cut potato in half, and mash sour cream into potato half with fork. Top with scallions and cheese. Place on a small nonstick baking pan and broil until cheese is melted and browned, about 3 minutes. Mash together avocado with salsa (to make guacamole) and place on top of potato.
