Equipment Demo Event - April 27, 2006

W.P. Griffin Inc. will be holding an Equipment Demonstartion Event on April 27, 2006 from 10am - 12 noon. We will be showcasing the Newtec RV 12 - optical grader. The is the first optical grader that works with potatoes in North America. This is our lastest step in our companies modernization plans and our move to higher quality products. We are proud of our staff and their efforts to adopt new technology.

These new products are targeted at consumers looking for healthy and convenient meal ideas. Look for the BBQ Ready, Oven Ready "Spice it Up" & Microwave Ready products at Sobeys Stores in Atlantic Canada.
New Technology Boost to Grading Spuds

W.P. Griffin Inc. of Elmsdale is posied to lead the Canadian potato industry when it comes to grading spuds. The system which brings visual imaging to the grading process can be designed to specific varieties and size requirements. "As far as I know, we will be the first in North America to have this system." said general manager John Griffin. The new system is just the lastest step in a long history of commitments to innovation and food safety. The company's potato wash plant underwent a major expansion and upgrade in the fall of 2004. Earlier this year the plant received an "Excellent" rating from the American Instutite of Baking.

40 & 35 YEAR SERVICE AWARDS
