Potato cinnamon rolls

 Potato cinnamon rolls

1/3 cupMashed potato80 ml
4 cupsFlour1000 ml
1/2 cupShortening125 ml
1 CupMilk250 ml
5 tspBaking power25 ml
1 tspSalt5 ml
1/3 cupButter80 ml
3/4 CupBrown sugar185 ml
2-3 TbspCinnamon30-45 ml




Directions
To make the dough:
Mix Mashed potato, flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, and milk together. Roll out to a half inch thick.

Now mix 1/3 melted butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2-3 tbsp of cinnamon together and spread over dough.

Roll up like a log and then slice 1 inch thick, place on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment)

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until golden brown)
