Chocolate Crunch Candy

1/2 tspSalt2 ml
1 cupCrunchy Peanut Butter250 ml
2 cupsRice Krispies500 ml
1 1/2 cupsCoconut375 ml
2 tbspButter or Margarine30 ml
1/2 cupMashed Potato125 ml
2 cupsIcing Sugar500 ml




Directions
In a medium size bowl cream peanut butter, butter and mashed potato together. Add salt, coconut, Rice Krispies and icing sugar.

Mix well together and form into small balls.

Chocolate Dip
8oz chocolate chips
1/2 bar paraffin wax

Melt chocolate chips and wax over medium heat until melted. Dip candy in chocolate mixture and cool on waxed paper. Store in refrigerator.





Measurements for this recipe may vary according to the type and wetness of the potato used.
