 Big Mac Potato Salad -<font color=D61602>2nd Place Winner 2018</font>

1/2 lbCooked bacon250 g
1.5 lbsWhite baby potatoes750 g
1 cupBig Mac Sauce OR Thousand Islands dressing250 ml
1.5 lbsRed baby potatoes750 g
1/2-3/4 cupMedium sized pickles125-180 ml
1 cupMayonaise250 ml
1/2 cupGreen onion125 ml
1 cupShredded cheese250 ml




Directions
Cut baby potatoes in half. Rinse and then boil until soft.

Once potatoes are cooked and cooled, put in a bowl and add in mayonnaise, big Mac sauce OR thousand island dressing, diced pickles, finely diced green onions, shredded cheese, and cut up cooked bacon.

Mix well.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then serve.
