Roasted Annabelle Rustic Warm Potato Salad-<font color=D61602>2nd Place Winner 2014</font>

to tasteLemon juiceto taste
2 lbs.PEI Annabelle Potatoes1000 g
2 tbspOur Compliments Whipped Dressing30 ml
2 tbspHellmann`s Real Mayonnaise30 ml
6 - 8 stalksGreen onions6 -8 stalks
to tasteSaltto taste
to tastePepperto taste




Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Wash potatoes and pierce with fork.

3. Roast potatoes in oven till golden and soft to the touch when poked with a knife.

4. Remove from oven and roughly slice in half and allow to cool until still warm, but not cold.

5. Add the mayonnaise, whipped dressing, green onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice and then toss together.
