Potato Pork Cakes

8Large Potatoes8
2 1/2 cupsSifted Flour625 ml
1 lb.Fat Back Pork16 ounces
3 tspsBaking Powder15 ml
1 tspSavory-optional 5 ml




Directions
Peel, boil and mash the potatoes.

Cut pork in pieces and fry out. Add the fried out pork to the mashed potatoes.

Then add the flour, baking powder and savory.

Form into cakes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Can be served with boiled or fried fish...
