1 canCream of mushroom soup 1 can
2 cupsShredded cheese500 ml
2 cupsBacon 500 ml
1/2 cupMilk125 ml
4 cupsPotatoes 1000 ml

Preheat oven to 450.

Cut potatoes into thin slices and place in a Casserole dish.

Mix together cream of mushroom soup with the milk and pour over potatoes.

Cook bacon, crumble over potatoes, top with cheese and place in oven for 1 hour or until tender and brown.
