Creamy Garlic Whipped Potatoes

1/2 tspPepper2 ml
2 tbsp Margarine or Butter30 ml
1 cupSour Cream250 ml
1/2 cupItalian Bread Crumbs125 ml
1 cupHerb and Garlic Cream Cheese250 ml
5 lbsPotatoes2.3 kg
1/2 tspSalt2 ml

Peel and boil potatoes, for faster cooking time cut potatoes into small pieces. When tender drain and mash potatoes by hand until smooth. Add sour cream, cream cheese and whip using an electric beater for 1 minute. Pour into a large greased casserole dish. Spread the margarine across the top of the potatoes than sprinkle with the bread crumbs.

Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
