Stuffed Potatoes.

1/4 cupButter50 ml
1/4 tspSalt1 ml
4Potatoes 4
1Egg1
1/4 cupMilk50 ml
4 slicesBacon4 slices
1/4 tspPepper1 ml
to tasteFavourite Cheeseto taste




Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash, pierce with a fork and bake 4 good sized potatos. Cook 4 slices of bacon; one piece per potato. When potatoes are cooked cut in two horizantaly, remove potato from the peelings. Put potato into a dish add salt ,pepper, butter and milk, then use a hand mixer this will make the potato mixture soft and fluffy (A beaten egg may also be added if desired). Next chop the bacon in squares and add to the fluffy potato mixture. Put mixture back in skin and sprinkle with your favorite cheese. Place back in oven till slightly brown. Serve piping hot.
