Nanny Tators

1/2 cupParmesan Cheese125 ml
4 cupsDiced Potatoes1000 ml
1/4 lbRaw Smoked Bacon chopped into little pieces125 g
to tasteSalt & Pepperto taste
1/4 cupOlive Oil50 ml
1 cloveGarlic1 clove
to tasteOnion or Green Onionto taste

Dice potatoes, NOTE: Garlic, salt and pepper (onion optional) are to your taste. Mix all together thoroughly (may add green onion) and pour onto one of the following sprayed with no-stick spray:
a baking sheet
fry pan
wrapped in foil and perforated for the BBQ
For the oven, bake @ 400 for about 40 min. turning at least once.

For the fry pan, cook on medium (depending on how hot your stove heats) until evenly browned (stirring often) approx. 20-30 min.

For the BBQ, cook on low med., turning frequently (to avoid burning) for about 20-30 min.

Good served as is or with sour cream.
