Potato & Fish Delight

1 poundFish fillets, Cod or Haddock454 grams
4 TbspMayo60 ml
1/2 cupSour cream125 ml
1/2 cup Chopped celery125 ml
1/4 cupDiced green pepper63 ml
1 cupGrated chedder cheese.250 ml
1 can Cream of mushroom soup284 ml
2 1/2 cupsCooked diced potato625 ml
1/4 cupChopped onion63 ml




Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1) Mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and chopped celery together.
2) Then add chopped onion, mayo, cooked diced potatoes and diced green pepper, mix well.
3) Grease a casserole dish than layer 1/2 the mixture on the bottom. Add the fish (patted dry) than the rest of the mixture.
4) Top the whole mixture with cheese and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
