3 Baking potatoes3
1/3 cupWhole Milk83 ml
1/3 cupFlour83 ml
2 tspPaprika10 ml
1/3 cupParmesan Cheese (fresh)83 ml




Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1) Wash potatoes and cut into thirds.
2) Mix together flour, cheese and paprika in a bowl.
3) Place milk in another bowl.
4) Dip potato wedges in milk than coat them with your flour mixture.
5) Place potato wedges on a baking dish and drizzle with butter.
6) Bake for 45-50 minutes turning potatoes 1/2 way through - until golden brown.
